Charles McFail, learning DevOps principles to create solutions in the cloud. I believe the future of cloud computing is limitless. I take pride in being a lifelong learner and wish to focus my efforts on finding creative solutions to hard challenges.

  Instrumental in creating several technology-based solutions to establish an online student accelerated learning program co-sponsored between the city of Houston and the Houston Independent School District. Five years in managing, leading, designing, and implementing Sharepoint solutions for multiple stakeholder groups across the Houston ISD. Designed Power automate workflows between apps and services to synchronize files, deliver notifications, and collect data for all secondary schools within the Houston ISD. Developed a cadre of professional developments with the purpose of teaching educators the best practices for the utilization of Office365 and other education-centered cloud-based platforms. Implemented the district's one-to-one technology initiative for On-Time Grad Academy. Developed technology tools for the campus administrators to measure the effectiveness to which educators integrate technology into their curriculum to support 21st-century learning.
